We’re committed to delivering your favorite handcrafted jams quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders received after 5 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is packed, it will be shipped via our selected carrier.
Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup. Orders outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days – $7.99
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days – $14.99
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
Please note that shipping costs do not include taxes or fees, which may apply depending on your state.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact our support team at sales@fruityhue.com.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
While we take every precaution to ensure your jams arrive safely, delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team promptly if you need to make changes.
Service Interruptions
Occasionally, shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We will always communicate any expected delays and provide updates whenever possible.
